Conducting business throughout the United States, Reading Rock strengthens communities across the country. More than just masonry, we understand that our products affect the lives of employees, customers and families.
As a family-run company, our core values are firmly rooted in each member of the Reading Rock team. Guided by these core values that represent the DNA of the organization, associates are aligned with and focused on continually improving ourselves, our products, and those processes we use to serve our customers.
For over 60 years, Reading Rock has built a reputation for excellence, which is manifested in the pride we share in what we do every day. We expect exceptional execution in each delivery and we accept nothing less. In fact, we stand behind every product and service we deliver to our customers. Our unwavering commitment to operational excellence translates to quality that cannot be matched in the industry.
We are committed to enhancing the service we provide to every customer. Exceeding our customers’ expectations is not just a goal, it’s mandatory. From our quick product turnaround to our on-time trucking delivery, we track our services and constantly look for methods of improvement.
Reading Rock’s manufacturing facilities combine state-of-the-art technology with unmatched experience among our machine operators and foremen. We take great pride in our commitment to quality control in the manufacturing of our products, always exceeding American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) standards. Many companies claim to provide quality products, but Reading Rock has developed a proprietary program to deliver on our promise.
At Reading Rock, we never relent on our end-to-end commitment to quality—from internal examination of raw materials, to the complete manufacturing process, and finally through installation and maintenance. To verify that Reading Rock manufacturing processes lead the industry and demonstrate our commitment to quality, we enlist third-party consultants and trade associations to objectively evaluate and grade our plant processes and products. They include: Architectural PreCast Association (APA), National PreCast Concrete Association (NPCA), and Cement and Concrete Reference Laboratory (CCRL).
